Applets

The applets to be found here are all examples created as part of the VIDIGEO project. They are part of the process of deciding whether Java provides a suitable platform for what we would like to present.

• A fancy applet for DCN (requires JAVA 2).
• A Bezier curve.
• A curve defined using the power basis.
• A Ferguson curve.
• A pyramid viewed through a "black hole" with interactive control over its position (and here is the original version, which actually computes as you wait...).
• A pyramid viewed through a "black hole" with interactive control over its strength.
• A fancy illustration of two skew lines. Note the shadows!
• A three dimensional curve with tangent, osclating circle and involute.
• A second attempt to show two skew lines, this time with control over a line segment connecting them.
• An experimental interactive mathematical typesetting system.
