Painting by P.S. Krøyer, 1902-1904

"Men of Industry"* gathered in the machine room of Øster Power Station, which was built in. 1902. At the top, in the middle of the left hand group of three, the then Director of the Technical University, G. A. Hagemann, who commisioned this painting in homage to the men who introduced electricity in everyday life.
